Afiniti Appoints Four New Partners

Afiniti is delighted to announce the appointment of four new partners, including Gill Hughes, Monica Keith, Dee Patel and Mandy Dohren.

The new partners bring diverse experience, skills and insights to the partnership and truly reflect the breadth and depth of our global expertise. We look forward to their continued success and significant contributions to both Afiniti and our clients.

New partners include:

Gill Hughes – Gill is an accomplished and experienced Managing Consultant in the energy and pharmaceutical sectors with a track record of delivering complex technology and ERP transformation programmes. She is passionate about the people agenda of change; and it being done well. Gill specialises in taking a data driven approach to co-create impactful business change strategies, tactics and plans which encourage a positive and people focused change experience.

Monica Keith – Monica has provided consultancy for over 30 years’ across learning, communications, performance management and service delivery management. She has a passion for creative, innovative and tailored learning solutions, both digital as well as face-to-face.

Dee Patel – Dee is a strong writer, establishing editorial standards for internal and external messaging across a range of channels. She builds effective, enduring relationships with stakeholders at all levels, face-to-face and remotely. She has a proven track record of translating business strategy and complex content into highly impactful, digestible communications for multiple and globally dispersed audiences.

Mandy Dohren – Mandy has been a Creative Designer at Afiniti for over 8 years, and consistently receives excellent feedback on her engaging and original creative design, and particularly on her ability to interpret clients’ needs. She works closely with change and communications teams to obtain acceptance and adoption by engaging the audience through their emotional connection to change using a mix of media.
