Adam’s experience in multiple blue-chip global organisations includes: defining strategies for leadership and stakeholder alignment, change impact assessment, multi channel communications and engagement, learning design, development and execution (full learning cycle from needs assessment to evaluation), performance coaching, conflict styles, and project management. Industries include blue-chip global pharmaceuticals, national retail, transport (rail), manufacturing and social housing.
Helping organisations and leaders to develop a more human-centred approach to transformation has always been Adam’s passion.
