About You

If you are graduate level or equivalent, with two to three years’ experience, have a desire to grow your career in consulting, a passion for business change, willing to learn, and want to work with a firm that has people at the heart – then we may represent something that speaks to you. About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Change Consultant to work with our highly valued clients in the agile delivery space in the golden triad of change – People, Process, Technology/Data. With a digital and data mindset along with systems thinking skills you will be working with a supportive and collaborative team connecting the dots horizontally and at the same time focussing on outcomes for the client, creating the link to outputs and activities so that purpose drives action.
