Happy Holidays From Afiniti

As we edge closer towards 2023, we wanted to take a moment and reflect on 2022 and say thank you to everyone who has been a part of it.

2022 has once again highlighted the importance of our values (People at the Heart, Put the Client First and Act with Integrity), applicable to both our client work, but also how we operate internally. We know that people really are the most important part of an organisation – without their skills, understanding and support, a business cannot function. This is no different at Afiniti, and we are incredibly proud to say that we really do have exceptional people doing exceptional things.

This year, we have been named one of the UK’s leading management consultancies (for a fifth year running), increased our Afiniti team, appointed 4 new partners, continued to invest in our people through coaching, training and mentoring, and raised £10K for our corporate charity, the Honeypot Children’s Charity. Again, we really are incredibly proud to have such thoughtful people working for us. Charities that have also been supported throughout the year include Medicines Sans Frontières and the Disasters Emergency Committee.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for continuing to put trust in Afiniti. Being able to co-create extraordinary work and play a part in the amazing outcomes all over the world, really is a huge privilege.

The Honeypot Children’s Charity

The Honeypot Children’s Charity offers both respite breaks and outreach support to young carers and vulnerable children. They work to enhance the lives of young carers aged 5-12 years by providing respite breaks and on-going outreach support. In the UK nationwide, they give young carers a break from demanding and stressful responsibilities at home and provide a safe, nurturing environment where children at risk can develop their full potential.

Medicines Sans Frontières

Medicines Sans Frontières provide medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from healthcare. Our teams are made up of tens of thousands of health professionals, logistic and administrative staff – most of them hired locally.

Disasters Emergency Committee

This winter, many people in Ukraine face the cold without heating or electricity due to damage to the country’s infrastructure. Donations help DEC charities deliver food, warmth, clean water and medical care to people in Ukraine and vital support to refugees in neighbouring countries.
