Caroline firmly believes that meaningful change happens and is sustained when we understand and address the needs of those involved. She’s spent 25 years in change and communications and is driven by a deep passion for empowering individuals and organisations to navigate transformative journeys successfully.
She’s worked within transport, pharma, consumer health, education, government, hospitality, and AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction), as well as in the criminal justice system following on from her undergraduate degree in criminology. She’s supported COBR (Cabinet Office) on national crises and operated as Gold Command for major incidents. She’s post-graduate qualified in public sector management and is a chartered member of the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations). An enthusiastic and dedicated colleague, Caroline has successfully designed and delivered change strategies and campaigns for large scale high-profile organisations during times of significant change within complex stakeholder environments.
Caroline lives in West Sussex with her children and dogs. She rides a Harley Davidson motorbike and, when not on two wheels, is a local charity trustee, a keen amateur actor, a big sports fan, and a regular quizzer.
