An experienced Director with a proven reputation for helping clients shape and implement major transformation programmes in large, complex organisations in the UK and globally. A people orientated leader, Jon’s background is in helping clients successfully deliver improved performance, customer experience and reduced cost from people, process and technology programmes.
Jon works with clients to help develop the case for change for major programmes, engaging key stakeholders in the process to build senior engagement and support. Jon leads collaborative client and consulting teams to design, develop and implement change programmes and realise the anticipated benefits.
Jon’s previous roles have included programme management, operating model design, change management and communications, process improvement, technology implementation and operations management. Sector experience includes pharma, defence, healthcare, public sector and FMCG.
Jon has an MEng in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering, is a Chartered Engineer and a practitioner in organisational and cultural change. Based near Chester in the UK, Jon enjoys sailing catamarans, cycling and hill walking with Alex and our three teenagers and is a junior rugby coach.
