Oliver is a Change Consultant who enjoys working with clients to deliver positive change, with experience supporting on change initiatives in the transport and pharmaceutical industries. Oliver is APMG Change Management and PRINCE2 Practitioner certified, and has an MSc in Conflict, Statebuilding and Development.
Oliver has previous experience of working across the Public sector in the NHS and on the Census programme. He is passionate about working with people empathetically to understand their views and how this can bring about positive change in organisations.
Oliver also supports with Afiniti’s pro bono communication work with the Railway Benefit fund, which reflects his values of public service and commitment to charitable pursuits.
